The hotel is based in a new building with a lobby restaurant. the rooms are impressive with a king-size bed and basic amenities. the venue staff at the reception desk are fantastic and approachable.

The breakfast was good, included breads and pastries to get the day started. My amazingly comfortable and relaxing room included soft bed, WiFi and TV. The location of the hotel was awesome, the staff were fantastic and approachable people at the reception desk:)))

Overall the hotel is ok for family with young child

The free parking was onsite, nice service. Our room was impressive with 4 pillows and the staff were fantastic and approaching.

Our room was comfy, and the beds were soft. the hotel's central location was convenient for access to shopping, dining, and other facilities. - It was close to malls, fast food restaurants, and a petrol station. - All amenities were easily accessible from the hotel.

Staff was friendly and welcoming.

1. The curtains in our room fell on the second day. Luckily we were not in the room when it happened and it did not hit our young children. 2. On the second day, the room was also not cleaned and we had to call room service to come and clean the room for us. We were too tired to leave so we stayed in the room while they cleaned the room. 3. A feedback that there was only one mirror in the whole room (bathroom). The hotel may want to add another mirror in the room.

The breakfast was mediocre.... not much choices...

The hotel staff were fantastic and very approachable. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with storage space, TV, and a kettle. The bed was soft and cozy. The hotel is conveniently located just a couple of blocks away from the Church of Praise. There are big shopping malls and shopping areas nearby.

Buffet breakfast spread was good. Beds were comfortable

Toilet was not fully sanitised and still smells of the previous occupant. Room has sharp corners at head level, extremely dangerous. Suggest hotel immediately take action to resolve this serious issue. Duvet on bed has stains and no protector sheet. Aircon setup blows directly against the wall and sends down streams of cold air against people in bed
